A group of friends built a to scale model of the solar system in a 7-mile stretch of Nevada desert.

Every image of the solar system you've ever seen has been false. If you were to draw the entire solar system on a single piece of paper, the planets would be microscopic. Invisible.

In order to create a model of the solar system, true to scale, a group of friends headed out to a dried up lake bed. Check out the video to see their incredible project.
